ReplyDeleteCheri~
lovely. My best friend at nursery was 'Julie' we were even christened on the same day at the same church, we had a bit of a gap going to different schools and caught up again later at senior school. We are now 48 and she is still my best friend.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous art tam. My earliest friend was called Karen, we grew up living opposite to each other and are still friend now although se now lives in New Zealand we still keep in touch
ReplyDeleteStunning pages. My earliest best friend was Arbaayah. Since I moved school a lot, we lost touch. And FB brought us back together again.
ReplyDeleteMy first best friend was my next door neighbour Lorna. People got our names confused, after a while we both replied to both Lorna and Laura!
ReplyDeleteMY dearest, closest friend, Ruby, died a little over a year ago and is still deeply missed. So glad she was a part of my life for 27 years. :) :)
ReplyDeleteWe traveled A LOT when I was growing up so my first and best friend was my mother. She was my cheerleader, conscience, laugh inducer, and trouble solver. I lost her in 2006 to cancer but she was able to hold her first grand-daughter before she passed. For that I'll always be grateful.
ReplyDeleteFiona was the name of my first friend, she lived across the road from each other and had play dates.
ReplyDeleteOmg...those stencils are sooooo cool. My first close friend was Carrie...we did everything together...played, explored, imagined.
ReplyDeleteOoh yum. Mine was Lauren. Our moms shared recovery rooms in the hospital, after giving birth to us.
ReplyDeleteMy friend was Leslie. We roamed along Puget Sound in Washington State, USA, when we were in second grade.
ReplyDeleteHello Tam, my first close friend was Rita. We met at school and we were inseparable.
ReplyDeleteMy earliest girlfriend was Alison!
ReplyDeleteMine was Suzanne Burnell, we were friends when we started school until I left the area when my parents split up.
ReplyDeleteI'm so looking forward to hearing about the retreat in Bali!

My very first best friend was named Monica. I was 7 or 8 and she was around 12. She taught me that a period was so much more than a dot at the end of a sentence! LOL I shall never forget her. I wonder if she remembers me. Her little shadow who followed her everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI love that question!! Mine was Yvette, she was a beautiful and happy 8 year old and I was so lucky we were friends.
ReplyDeleteSarah. We use to pack a picnic lunch and ride down to the river for the day. she'd bring ice-cream and I'd bring spam sandwiches but funnily it'd work,
ReplyDeletehi Tam ....you always makes so faboulos questions....my earliest girlfriend was Donatella...she was the sister that i never had....kisses
ReplyDeleteYour project seems so much fun. I try all related projects specially art dolls. Your project has given me so many new ideas for making a collage of my Art Dolls with my friends. You should get these new stencils too, they are really helpful. You'll enjoy them!
